Select MamaFua KeyCare when booking an eligible cleaning service. It only appears when an elected KeyCare vendor is available for your address and date.

KeyCare helps you arrange an attended key exchange when you cannot remain at the service address. It combines a named contact, an admin-elected vendor, a secure verification link, and journey tracking.

The KeyCare protocol
One clear chain of custody.
Your contact must receive the verification link before the vendor can start the journey. Contact details appear in the vendor app only after Start Journey.
Name your contact
Enter the contact name, phone number, and clear handover instructions. The key is collected and returned at your service address.
Share the secure link
Send the time-limited verification link to your contact by WhatsApp or SMS. It contains the vendor name, photo, partially blurred ID image, and journey status.
Complete the attended exchange
The vendor leaves their original ID with your contact, receives the key, completes the job, returns the key, and collects their ID.
The return closes the loop
Key returned. Original ID collected.
The vendor records Key Collected in the app after leaving the original ID with your contact. The order cannot be completed until the vendor records Key Returned and ID Collected.
- Key pickup and return happen at the service address.
- Journey tracking begins 10 minutes after Start Journey.
- Verification-link access expires automatically and its content is not offered as a download.
Price and payment
A separate KeyCare fee.
The Kenya launch fee is 40% of the booking amount, with a minimum of KES 500. The percentage and minimum are controlled by MamaFua and are confirmed in the app before payment. The normal service deposit and the full KeyCare fee are paid before booking. Pay on arrival is not available with KeyCare.
