KeyCollect Vendor is an optional booking add-on for times when you cannot stay at the service address. A MamaFua-elected KeyCollect Vendor collects the key from your named contact in person, completes the booking, and returns the key to the same contact.

Attended exchange
No keys under mats or in hiding places.
The contact keeps the vendor's original ID while the vendor has the key. The vendor gets the ID back only after returning the key.

How do I book a service on MamaFua?
Download the MamaFua App, create an account, choose the service you need, select your preferred date and time, and pay a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. Your service provider will show up as scheduled!
Where is MamaFua App Available?
We serve all major cities in Kenya, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and more. We're constantly expanding to bring our services closer to you.
Can I leave my House Key with my Service Provider?
No. Please note that our Terms of Service require you to be present when the service is being provided. Any exceptions to this rule are made at your own risk.
Can I Order a MamaFua for a full Month?
Yes. You can order a monthly MamaFua using the "Monthly House Cleaning" Option. The service provider will come once a week for a whole Month. A subscription model is under development for longer engagements.
