Our Fee Charges

At Mama Fua | Kenya, our fee structure for the app is designed to be straightforward and transparent:

  • For orders below Kshs 1,000, we apply a 20% - 25% fee based on the total price.
  • However, for orders amounting to Kshs 1,000 and above, we apply a 30% fee based on the total price. This ensures that we can continue to provide and enhance the platform while fairly compensating our service providers for their work.
